English course oriented to develop useful abilities in a business environment, regarding to soft skills. Soft skills are more valued by organizations in the search for employees, in this course you will know what soft skills are and which are the most common, these skills are not related to academic knowledge, but to those social, communication and approach to people, useful in the development as professional and human. These skills facilitate interaction between workers, generating a pleasant and cooperative work environment, among the most common soft skills are empathy, active listening, growth mindset, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
