B1: Basic concepts of Coaching

English course oriented to developing useful abilities in a business environment, regarding to basic concepts of coaching. Rush and Shelden define coaching as “an adult learning strategy that is used to build the capacity of a parent or colleague to improve existing abilities, develop new skills, and gain a deeper understanding of his or her practices for use in current and future situations.” Coaching can be provided no just face to face, but through distance and virtual via in a session or a set of session, the hardest part of coaching is starting, in this course you will learn some basic concepts of coaching which help you to practice your skills and get a feedback on your progress.
